Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Misunderstood online store.
Products & prices
All prices are displayed on the product page and include VAT and shipping costs. The displayed price is the final price paid by the customer.
Drop system (important)
Misunderstood operates through exclusive drops:
- The store is open only for 24 hours per drop
- Products are visible and available only during this period
- All products are in stock, in limited quantities
- After the drop, the store closes and orders are processed
Orders & payment
Orders are processed after the end of the drop. Cash payments are not accepted.
Payment methods:
- Bancontact
- iDEAL
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
Delivery
Orders are processed after the drop.
Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
- EU: 5 to 10 business days
- Outside the EU: 7 to 15 business days
These delivery times are indicative.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days after receipt to return a product.
Conditions:
- Product unworn
- Tags intact
- No damage
If these conditions are not respected, the product will be returned without refund.
Return costs
Return costs are paid by the customer.
Warranty
The legal warranty in accordance with Belgian law remains applicable.
Liability
Misunderstood cannot be held responsible for:
- Indirect damages
- Delays caused by delivery services
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies.
